Rotary Last Week- Business Meeting

President Kelly – Attended the President’s meeting with eight other clubs from the district. She said that our club is next month’s host for this event. The President also commented on the need for new members and more volunteers to get the work done. Anne Lennox also mentioned the Main Street revitalization committee’s and the various items needed to be undertaken.

BUDGET Dave Weyant commented on the 2003-2004 budget and noted that Rotary is not in the business of saving money, so we intentionally spent more than we took in last year. There are no matching Paul Harris Foundation dollars  in the 2003-2004 budget. Anne Lennox made a motion to approve the budget. This was seconded by Cecilia Solomon. All present approved it.
