Last Weeks Program

This was a very moving program called “The Gift of Life” Int’l, Inc., and was presented by Robbie Donno. The mission of this Assn. is the furtherance of world peace & understanding

by facilitating free medical services, primarily to children suffering with heart defects, regardless of race, gender, creed or national origin. Sgt. Mary Kate Satriano, Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarship & sponsored by club, represents Iraqi assistance in Baghdad. Excellent!  Former club member Rich Cortell accompanied Robbie.

We were also honored to have District  Governor Doris Obremski in attendance, as well as Dist. Gov. Elect Carole Tjoa.

Phil Brillante – Phil’s safety message was: Use the “Gorilla Bar” for ‘breaking’ lug nuts when changing flat tires. The leverage on this tool will help you avoid injury or strain!

Theatre Party:  Thoroughly Modern Millie” arrives on Sunday, May 7th 2006 in Eisenhower Hall”. Harold Spaeth  He has   more tickets! (Tell your friends!) This is the Club’s major fund-raiser! (Get your checks in!)
