Rotary Last Week, August 25th - Paula Holt, a local artist and community minded citizen, displayed samples of her work, which included photographs of fire hydrants along

Main Street in Highland Falls that she has painted to resemble firemen, policemen, and West Point fire personnel. Paula is also the host for the Town of Highlands annual blood

drive. She represents the epitome of “Service Above Self.”

Phil Brillante’s News – Once again, Phil called our attention to the importance of home safety by stressing awareness! Know who to  call for help; have an escape plan (Home,

school, work); and have emergency supplies available. (First aid kit; flashlights & batteries, water, canned food, radio, matches & cash.) Phil also advised all to be familiar of the

contents of last week’s safety brochure.
