Rotary Last Week- Business Meeting
President Kelly – Attended the
President’s meeting with eight other clubs from the district. She said that our
club is next month’s host for this event. The President also commented on the
need for new members and more volunteers to get the work done. Anne Lennox also mentioned the
BUDGET – Dave Weyant commented on the 2003-2004 budget and noted that Rotary is not in the business of saving money, so we intentionally spent more than we took in last year. There are no matching Paul Harris Foundation dollars in the 2003-2004 budget. Anne Lennox made a motion to approve the budget. This was seconded by Cecilia Solomon. All present approved it.

Rotary Boat Ride
Annual Rotary boat ride which will take place Sunday,
August 24. Boat leaves the South Dock at
Rotary Fishing Expedition
A big success!
- Ray Sharkey caught the biggest stripped bass and Steve
Scott caught the largest fluke.
Rotary was also a winner receiving $105.00
for the club.
Rotary Tailgate Football Game
Sept.
27th is the date for the tailgate game. Josh Brewer will coordinate
the exchange students. Tom Enders is working on tickets & location.
District 7210 Conference
September 19,20, and 21 September
at the

with District Governor Knut Johnson.
