Rotary Last Week
Speakers were Mr. John Morgan and Mr. Rendo Melendez from the Dept. of Foreign Language Center of technology. His Seeing Eye dog James accompanied Mr. Morgan.
Mr. Morgan spoke on the technological advances in reading, writing, speaking and listening to foreign languages. Mr. Melendez demonstrated a hand held instrument called (here goes)
a pennasecutore-interpreting machine. By speaking into this instrument it has the capability of immediately converting the sentences to numerous foreign languages. This was a most interesting program.
Installation Reception - The Installation Reception for the incoming officers will be held on the 9th of June at 5 p.m. at the Hotel Thayer.

cleanup kicked off at the Town Of
Rotary park sparkled as our group did their thing! (For
Youth Exchange Letter – Either send someone to other country or post someone. $500.00 for outbound and $1500.00 for inbound students.
